A new build set on a stunning acreage block not far from town, this home is set to be admired. A neutral palette throughout, yet warm and inviting. Using sandstone as its centrepiece, a perfectly handcrafted fireplace welcomes you as you enter. The double-sided fireplace is enjoyed from all viewpoints in the centre of the home. Texture continues through to the kitchen, with warm timber accents, warm neutrals for the joinery and stunning aged brass hardware and fixtures. Throughout the home, the client’s love for bespoke lighting is featured in every room. The selections made, relate to the functionality of each room and make for an eye-catching moment as you move through the home. Brass tapware and handmade tiles throughout the bathrooms, and a marble shower rest, look out to the paddocks beyond. The gallery is a special feature of the home, where views of the rural aspect captivate you from large fixed panel glass windows on either side, featuring a room-length bench seat with book storage.
